Dream Sounding is a fun and powerful workshop, that uses the power of singing, chanting and musical instruments to take participants on a relaxing journey and and the same time clear blocks in their energy field. There is a specific tone that resonates or connects with each Chakra of the human energy field. By vocalising the tone of a specific chakra by singing or toning it, we connect with the Chakra. Once we connect with a chakra using the voice, one can experience many different things including altered states of consciousness, deep relaxation, a feeling of peace or bliss, a loss of the fear of interacting in a group situation and much more.

The workshop lasts 2hrs and consists of 2 passes through the 7 chakras. The first pass is like a "check in" of the energy of each chakra individually in the individual or group. The second pass is much more spontaneous and includes all of the workshop participants to create the songs of the group for that moment.

This is a great workshop for people who want to connect more deeply with their voice, both for singing and in life. Most people sing only from their throats, with Dream Sounding we can learn to bring forth sounds from deeper in our being, we can learn to sing from our belly, chest or our whole body. A further step is when we open our mouths and beautiful sounds come without any effort whatsoever and we feel that it is something beyond us that is making the sounds through us. As a result of deepening this connection with our voice we deepen the connection with our inner voice at the same time and a more authentic and joyful life is the result.
